Vida Bringing Hair Back To Life ships within the US and internationally. Packages within the United States are shipped via USPS. All international packages are shipped via DHL Parcel International.
Shipping Time
The normal processing time for orders is a 5-7 business days (Monday through Friday).
After your order has been processed & shipped, the delivery time within the United States is 2-4 business days. Please note that times may vary based on several factors such as Covid-19 protocols, limited edition product launches or holiday sales.
When your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information to follow your order. If you didn't receive a tracking number, the order is still being processed.
